French Exchange Program: 

 Shorecrest has been part of an exchange with Lycée Pierre Bayen in Chalons-en-Champagne since 1995. Accompanied by two of their teachers, a group of about two dozen French high school students arrives in mid-February each year for a two-week homestay with Shorecrest families who have volunteered to welcome them. The students attend classes at Shorecrest and visit a variety of Florida attractions during their visit. Shorecrest students return to France, whenever possible staying with the families of students whom they have hosted here.

Traditionally, this trip has occurred during our Spring Break, but since the 2010-2011 school year, our students go to France at the beginning of June.
